Today was an awful day!!! When I almost ready to send a printer back to my customer, I only found out the printer is not the same as I sent for repair. What a nonsense??
This will have to trace back to 28 of March. I have sent a HP Photosmart D5160 printer to their service center for repair and collect it back on 8 of March. Today, when I check again and it give me a big shock!! Why the Photosmart printer has become a Laserjet printer?? OMG~OMG~OMG~~!!!
Finally I have to admit that they have given me the wrong printer and also have to admit that due to my careless that I did not do a checking before I took it back. Actually I can explain why this kind of problem can happened. HP the most famous brand and number 1 PC seller. I have 100% trust in their brand and also service, but the over trust of mine brings trouble to me at the end.
