25th, June -- The story beginning like this: I having problem with my telephone line. When I pick up the phone, I hear no tone from it and this make me cannot call out. When I try to use my mobile phone to call my house phone fixed line, I can hear the tone that had successfully called in, but I hear no ringing sounds from the house phone. I was thinking,"What the hell~??!!"
I called to TM NET care center and report this to them and request them to send technician to check the line for me. What I got the reply is: The technician only working from Monday to Friday. Again WTH?? OK, that's fine since my internet still working. The care center person name Firdaus if not wrong also telling me that they would do some checking on their server and so so, then ask me to call them back after two working days if the line still not working. That really make me laugh, HA~ If I cannot get my phone line fixed on Monday, I have to wait till Wednesday only call them back? What a nonsense~!! I did not care what he said and request him to send technician person to here on Monday and is a must and off the conversation.

26th, June -- I got back from work and the first thing I did when I went inside the house is pick up the phone. I still hear no tone, immediately I call to a number the previous care center person gave to me 1300-888-123. This time is a lady voice, but when I listen to her voice, I feel that I want to slap her right and left face to make her wake up. From her voice, I not sure she just awake from her sleep or she is in sick. I repeat again my problem to her with patient and hope she can give me a good explanation. After she checked from the system, she just told me that their technician already fixed the problem today. I started to feel unhappy about it. I asked her back with some questions:
1. How the technician determine that he already fixed my problem.
2. What does he did?
3. If he really fixed the problem, then why the phone line still not working?
After I finished asking, she still could not give me a satisfied answer. Never mind I told to myself. I felt lazy to talk to her anymore, I just told her that I wish to log another report and I want her to noted down that when their technician is coming to fix the problem, call to my dad or my mobile. And if they just working outside our house at the main point of telephone lines, before they leave also call to my dad or my mobile. After she said she had noted down, I almost begged her to have their technician to come over the next day. The most unhappy things happened after I end the call, I found out my internet also not working anymore!!!!!!

27th, June -- I worked and came home late at night. After dinner and bath, I felt exhausted and lazy to call the TM NET people.
28th, June -- Early in the morning I woke up and with hope I lift the phone up, then with disappointed I put the phone down again. Damn~~they really don't give a damn about my problem. When driving on the way to work, I call to them again. This time is a guy name Riduan answer my call. I told him the same problem again and I also request the same thing plus I request him to have the technician to come in to my house to do checking. Before I end the call, I told him that I already 4 days cannot online and very unhappy now. I really hope that he can help me out by today... Then I arrive office and start my working day...
Around 4pm something, suddenly my dad call me, and my mobile phone's screen display is calling from house. My brain still cannot function properly but without thinking much I still have to answer the phone. Finally my dad told me the good news, the phone finally can be use~!!! I feel really happy and grateful to Riduan. At least there is someone in TM NET that is being helpful.
